Mireya, con el debido respeto que usted se merece es deprimente que una persona con la educacion academica que usted tiene se exprese de una manera tan inapropiada a su nivel educativo. Mucho menos que cuelgue ante un comentario constructivo acerca de la manera tan altanera y soberbia que contesta.
Solo cabe agregar que recapacite para que pueda transmitir la buena vibra a los pacientes que acuden por su consejo profesional y que ademas le estan pagando por sus servicios.

 Dr. Mireya, with all due respect that you deserve, it is depressing that a person with the academic education you have is expressing himself in such an inappropriate manner at his educational level. Much less that he hangs before a constructive comment about the arrogant and arrogant way he answers.
It should only be added that he reconsiders so that he can transmit the good vibes to the patients who come for his professional advice and who are also paying him for his services.
