Este cultubar ofrece diversos talleres al público, alberga diferentes muestras y expresiones artísticas y una barra a un precio muy accesible. Un lugar sin pretenciones ni discriminaciones. De lo mejor para convivir en Aguascalientes.

La atención es muy buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El otrora excelente restaurante del Hotel Hacienda La Noria es ahora un asco. Pedí una sopa Aguascalientes (no es otra cosa que una crema campesina), muy buena por cierto. Luego todo se desmoronó cuando pedí una ensalada del chef, el queso y el jamón los compraron en la tiendita de la esquina; el aderezo me lo llevaron en un recipiente roto por los dos lados. Un fracaso total. No sé en qué momento permitieron que un lugar excelente se convirtiera en algo tan malo. La exhacienda de La Noria fue en algún momento parecida a la exhacienda de Tlalpan, hoy dan pena.
The once-excellent restaurant at Hotel Hacienda La Noria is now disgusting. I ordered an Aguascalientes soup (it's nothing more than a country cream), very good by the way. Then everything fell apart when I ordered a chef's salad, the cheese and ham were bought at the corner store; The dressing was brought to me in a container broken on both sides. A total failure. I don't know when they allowed a great place to become so bad. The ex-hacienda of La Noria was at some point similar to the ex-hacienda of Tlalpan, today they are sad.
