El acudir a psicoterapia con la Maestra Vero ha sido de gran impacto, estoy ya controlando mi estrés, y la depresión que tenía por la muerte de mi marido, que ocurrió hace ya seis años y que no me dejaba vivir. Ahora he podido reconocer que a pesar del dolor, la viudez me ha hecho más fuerte y como dice mi gran terapeuta Vero, me he podido "actualizar", reconocer que soy otra persona, que sí, vive sin su amado esposo, pero puede y hace muchas cosas que hacen agradable la vida. Ya no soy la misma, gracias, maestra Vero por hacérmelo consciente.

Antes me guardaba mis emociones cuando había problemas, después era muy reactiva, pero ahora poco a poco me vuelvo más consciente antes de hacer o decir cualquier cosa y hablo de lo que siento sin temor a ser juzgada. Recomiendo mucho las sesiones con Vero siendo adolescente, te transmite confianza, te escucha y es bastante linda y atenta con el trato. 100% recomendada, 10/10.
