Anyo es muy profesional y sabe muy bien lo que hace tenia, más de 9 años con depresión y ansiedad y hasta que tomé terapia con él, fue hasta cuando puedo volver a vivir sin ansiedad y tristeza. No hay camino fácil cuando se trata de cambiarnos a nosotros mismos; romper barreras, miedos, creencias, enfoques.. darte cuenta que durante años hiciste una bola de nieve por interpretaciones mal enfocadas. Me siento muy satisfecha con el resultado y la colaboración efectiva de mi psicoterapeuta. Recomendadisimo! It was a hard process, but effective. There is no easy road when it comes to changing ourselves; breaking down barriers, fears, beliefs, approaches... realizing that for years you have made a snowball out of misguided interpretations. I feel very satisfied with the result and the effective collaboration of my psychotherapist. Highly recommended!

I found Anyo on Doctoralia and chose him because of his other reviews from clients, the fact that he does couples/individual counseling, and speaks English. I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with him and have benefited from the tools and help he’s given me. For couples therapy he helped us open our communication and despite our differences, see how we can work together. Anyo always has great tools and activities available to help you!
