No es facil empezar a ir a terapia, pero realmente lo recomiendo, ella brinda un lugar comodo y seguro, ademas de ser muy profecional.
This year I started going to therapy with the psychologist Evita, she helped me a lot to manage my fears and emotions, in the end I was able to make better decisions.
