Desde hace varios años probé por varias ramas diferentes de la psicología pero hace 2 años que me atiendo aquí y realmente siento resultados positivos y concretos. En mi experiencia personal es una terapia que acorta tiempos y va directo a la raíz . Además que la atención del lugar, organización y respeto hacia los pacientes es Excelente. For several years I have tried several different branches of psychology but I have been working here for 2 years and I really feel positive and concrete results. I’ve been attending sessions with my psychologist here for at least two years now, and have gotten the chance to have EMDR therapy here for trauma I’ve experienced in the past. This, along with other types of therapy available here has helped enormously with my depression and anxiety, at the very least to manage it in a day-to-day basis for the most part and to recover from depressive episodes or anxiety and panic attacks I’ve had. Highly recommended! My psychologist here is bilingual and open-minded, and with the pandemic I’ve still been able to have my therapy sessions via Zoom with a very flexible schedule.
