★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando empiezas terapia geralmente también necesitas el acompañamiento de un psiquiatra. Lo bueno es que Ariadna es dos en uno. Ella es médico cirujana, neuropsicóloga y terapeuta cognitivo conductual. Así que con ella tienes el tratamento completo sin la necesidad de consultar otro médico. Ariadna también me enseño del método Wim Hof. Ella es instrutora certificada del método.
When you start therapy generally you also need the accompaniment of a psychiatrist. The good thing is that Ariadna is two in one. She is a surgeon, neuropsychologist, and cognitive behavioral therapist. So with her you have the complete treatment without the need to consult another doctor. Ariadne also taught me about the Wim Hof method. She is a certified instructor of the method.
