★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso me ha costado mucho abrirme completamente cuando voy a terapia, sin embargo con Irasema me he sentido muy cómoda y con mucha confianza para poder expresar todo lo que necesito trabajar.
Desde el primer momento me he sentido muy bien, la conexión ha sido inmejorable, muestra interés y es empática conmigo, su opinión y acompañamiento me han ayudado a mejorar la gestión de mis emociones y a tomar decisiones, creo que el sentirte ésta manera es fundamental para que la terapia de resultado.
In my case it has cost me a lot to open up completely when I go to therapy, however with Irasema I have felt very comfortable and with a lot of confidence to be able to express everything I need to work on.
From the first moment I have felt very good, the connection has been unbeatable, she shows interest and empathizes with me, her opinion and support have helped me to improve the management of my emotions and to make decisions, I think that feeling you this way is essential for than result therapy.
