Citan a las personas cada 15 minutos
Tienen aglomeración de personas en el lugar, incluso hay hasta personas en la calle esperando ser atendidas, era nuestra primera visita, nos agendaron, al llegar al lugar pasaron 45 minutos y no nos pasaban, preguntamos que si faltaba mucho para ser atendidos a lo que nos respondieron q había 6 personas antes de nosotros esperando…
Entonces porque la cita a tal hora, no entendía nada, y volví a preguntar que entonces con que motivo dañaban Cita, si no seríamos atendidos hasta 6 horas después incluso más.
Su respuesta fue “CARAS VEMOS, CORAZONES NO SABEMOS” ?
Somos de fuera, no podíamos quedarnos a esperar 6 horas más a ser atendidos ya que teníamos más responsabilidades por hacer, así que por mi parte.
Pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo, tienen un pésimo orden, no respetan el tiempo, ni la pandemia, cero en todos los aspectos. No VOLVEMOS Y TAMPOCO LO RECOMENDAMOS
Terrible service
They quote people every 15 minutes
They have an agglomeration of people in the place, there are even people in the street waiting to be attended, it was our first visit, they scheduled us, when we arrived at the place they spent 45 minutes and they did not pass us, we asked if there was much left to be attended to what They replied that there were 6 people before us waiting ...
So because the appointment at such a time, I did not understand anything, and I asked again that then with what reason they damaged Appointment, if we would not be seen until 6 hours later even more.
His answer was "FACES WE SEE, HEARTS WE DON'T KNOW" ?
We are from abroad, we could not stay and wait 6 more hours to be taken care of since we had more responsibilities to do, so for my part.
Bad experience, I do not recommend it, they have a terrible order, they do not respect time, nor the pandemic, zero in all aspects. WE WILL NOT RETURN AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
