I was hospitalized and in my experience the rooms are very scary. At night a lot of screaming and super strange things...there was a schedule where men and women were together and an older man harassed me a lot (who was also sick). The food is very expensive and tasteless. Employees treat patients very badly. My experience with the doctors was very good since the therapies and electroshock helped me a lot... I am a completely new person. And with another chance to live, to be able to speak again, relate to my family (with another chip) and I met a friend who had depression... recently she was hanged, I think that place didn't help her much... And It hurts me not being able to help her ? now that I'm fine ?

Great hospital, good people and comfortable facilities, many people make bad comments like I don't help their friends, that's one of the main rules of the hospital, don't have relationships with other patients because they really affect you a lot, don't blame them to the hospital when the rules are for something

I have no doubt that there is a great medical team in the hospital, however the telephone service is terrible when you want to contact a family member, they answer and then hang up the call or simply nobody answers them. They should be more empathetic also with relatives and more when we are foreigners, since we are in anguish of how our patients are.

Terrible service for people who come from the IMSS, they have been saying for more than 4 days that their psychiatrist is seeing my family member and that his progress has been good, but it really is a complete lie, they only drug him and he has not seen him no doctor and we know this because they do not require a family member to accompany them 24 hours a day. The service with social work is terrible, first they tell you to go with someone, and then they tell you that you should go with another person and in the end it turns out that it was with another person, there are too many turns and they resolve you too slowly. But yes, you must be punctual. Inside, the patients are kept in rooms that simulate comfort, because the television works but they cannot use it, the air conditioning is not connected, they have certain times to go out to the patio, but they can only be walking or in chairs, because the telephone public that they have hardly works, there are no workshops or something for patients to have rehabilitation, the library books are so, so bad that they are not worth it. The truth seems that they do not want to treat them or that they are not interested in patients, it seems to me that my family member would be better off elsewhere, but we cannot remove him either, because it is until the psychologist sees her, which I do not think will happen soon.
