★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un año y medio, lo que duró mi tratamiento, sin duda una excelente atención, recibí muy bien servicio. No te sacan dinero como en otros lados, si te dan de alta a tu problema original y si lo requieres siempre están las puertas abiertas para regresar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace un par de años y el servicio fue pésimo y por lo que veo en comentarios sigue igual.
Recuerdo que en una ocasión llegamos como 10 min tarde a la sesión y la psicóloga dijo que solo me iba a dar consulta hasta la hora que tenía agendada, lo cual es totalmente razonable y no tuve problema con ello. El problema vino cuando en una ocasión llegue temprano a mi consulta y pase 2 horas después ya que estaba en una sesión de pareja y las cosas se salieron de control, nunca salió a decirnos nada, solo salió a abrirnos y ya.
La ultima vez que fui sucedió algo similar solo que esta vez la psicóloga ya tenía asistente, el reclamo de mi mamá fue: si ya saben que van retrasados 2 horas ¿por qué no nos llaman para notificarnos o reagendarnos?.
En cuanto a la atención psicológica, yo pienso que no me ayudó mucho, creo que hay psicólogos mejor preparados, profesionales y respetuosos en la zona.
I went a couple of years ago and the service was dismal and from what I see in comments remains the same.
I remember that on one occasion we arrived at the session about 10 minutes late and the psychologist said that she was only going to give me consultation until the time I had scheduled, which is totally reasonable and I had no problem with it. The problem came when on one occasion I arrived early to my consultation and passed 2 hours later since I was in a couple session and things got out of control, he never came out to tell us anything, he just came out to open us and now.
The last time I went, something similar happened just this time the psychologist already had an assistant, my mother's claim was: if you already know that they are delayed 2 hours, why don't you call us to notify us or re-add us?
As for psychological care, I think it didn't help me much, I think there are better trained, professional and respectful psychologists in the area.
