The process was carried out as indicated, they provided me in digital medium the documentation that I required to continue the process with the bank, when the appraisal was required they did not answer and when they did they said they did not have the keys to the property, for a month they brought me with many excuses. Then the owner of the property was already selling her apartment on the other side and at a different price, for which I proceeded to make the request for reimbursement with the corresponding compensation since they did not comply with the terms of the agreement that was signed. To date - a month and a half later - they do not answer my calls or emails, they do not define when they will return my money. The deposit was made to a Santander account in the name of Pro Phitsburg Plus and Sons, S.A. de C.V., I hope this can serve to prevent someone else from falling into the deceptions of this supposed company in the future.

Something very very similar happened to me, I asked about a property through Facebook, I made an appointment to go to see it.
