Terrible service, incompetent graduates who cover up for their bad services, I do not recommend it at all, I have been dealing with a procedure for around 5 years and they still have not resolved it.

Recomiendo mucho que vengan a visitarlos y a hacer sus trámites , ya que todo el proceso fue rápido , eficiente y muy profesional. Seguiré trabajando con ellos , la mejor notaría en Puebla.
I did several procedures at the notary's office and I was delighted with the work and the quality of their service, their attention was the best and the treatment towards me was very personalized. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día. Estaba muy contenta con el servicio que me ofreció la Abogada Guadalupe, fue rápida y muy profesional. Sin embargo, cuando solicité nuevamente el servicio para otro tramite 1 mes después, la señorita de recepción se portó bastante grosera conmigo y con mi esposo, nos tuteó y pidió la INE con muy malos modos. Al parecer ya no quería atender a las personas por solo faltar 1 hora de su hora de salida. Por ese detalle quedé decepcionada con la atención al cliente.
Good day. I was very happy with the service that Lawyer Guadalupe offered me, she was fast and very professional. However, when I requested the service again for another process 1 month later, the lady at the reception was quite rude to me and my husband, she called us on a first-name basis and asked for the INE with very bad manners. Apparently he no longer wanted to serve people for only missing 1 hour of his departure time. Because of that detail I was disappointed with the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es verdaderamente eficiente, desde el comienzo todo el personal nos trato con mucha gentileza. Lo que más me gusto fue la claridad de las cosas. Nosotros no somos abogados y comprendimos el proceso de nuestro servicio. Pudieron resolvernos el papeleo de unos departamentos. Sin duda la recomiendo ampliamente.
The service is truly efficient, from the beginning all the staff treated us with great kindness. What I liked the most was the clarity of things. We are not lawyers and we understand the process of our service. They were able to solve the paperwork for some apartments. I definitely highly recommend it.
