★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención normal, pero por el momento atienden en la calle, no puedes pasar a las oficinas. Entregas tu identificación oficial vigente, te registras, y después te entregan tus documentos. El horario de atención me dijo la asistente que por el momento es de 9 am a 4 pm.
Normal attention, but at the moment they serve on the street, you can not go to the offices. You give your current official identification, you register, and then they give you your documents. The office hours told me that the assistant is currently from 9 am to 4 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención lamentablemente es muy lenta, tienes una cita para una hora y te atienden 1 hora después. Obviamente toman medidas por la contingencia muy buenas pero la atención es muy lenta no hay una buena logística para el servicio.
Unfortunately, the service is very slow, you have an appointment for an hour and they attend you 1 hour later. Obviously they take very good contingency measures but the attention is very slow there is no good logistics for the service.

I bought a house in February 2021 and according to that it took 3 months to deliver the deeds to me. We are in September 2021 and they still haven't delivered them to me.
