★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO ACEPTAN PAGO CON TARJETA, esto hace que un trámite que bien puede hacerse en 20 minutos, se tarde hasta 2 días, esto si vas después de las 2:00pm, a punto del cierre. El ingreso en la mañana es muy rápido, lo tardado es la atención, ya que a las 9:10am aún hay usuarios que no están atendiendo, siendo que el horario de apertura es a las 9:00am.
DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT WITH CARD, this makes a procedure that can be done in 20 minutes, it takes up to 2 days, this if you go after 2:00 pm, close to closing. The entrance in the morning is very fast, the delay is the attention, since at 9:10 am there are still users who are not attending, being that the opening hours are at 9:00 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para conocer requisitos de trámite, para no ir sin algún documento y por ésta cuestión de pandemia, no ir si no es necesario.
Pero no contestan al parecer debes saber la extensión de dónde vas a hacer el trámite, no te presentan un menú, y simplemente me cortan la llamada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y servicio son muy buenos, hay cosas que mejorar como son las filas, deben considerar el clima del estado ya que de expone a los usuarios a un golpe de calor, otra cosa a mejorar es la forma de pago, ya que muchos vamos sin automóvil y es un verdadero problema hacer fila para obtener la ficha de pago, ir al banco que por cierto no está cerca y regresar nuevamente a hacer fila para terminar el trámite.
The attention and service are very good, there are things to improve such as the lines, they must consider the climate of the state since it exposes users to heat stroke, another thing to improve is the form of payment, since many of us go without a car and it is a real problem to stand in line to get the payment slip, go to the bank that by the way is not close and return again to stand in line to finish the process.
