★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me presenté a realizar por primera vez una trámite, al no tener conocimiento del procedimiento para la realización del mismo, solicité de la forma más atenta la atención del personal administrativo, sin exigir un trato preferencial, lo único que como cualquier otro ciudadano digno de respeto pedí ser tratada con la mayor calidad humana posible, lamentablemente no fue así, fui atendida de manera negativa e inapropiada por la señorita Gloria Zenteno (C). Posteriormente luego de insistir un poco más (es mi visita número cinco a las instalaciones), otras personas de la oficina amablemente contribuyeron a tener una avance respecto a mi situación. No espero lograr un cambio real o importante con mi comentario, pero si notificar de la situación que se vive en ciertas instituciones.
I presented myself to carry out a procedure for the first time, not having knowledge of the procedure to carry it out, I requested the attention of the administrative staff in the most attentive way, without demanding preferential treatment, the only thing that, like any other citizen worthy of respect I asked to be treated with the highest human quality possible, unfortunately it was not like that, I was treated in a negative and inappropriate way by Miss Gloria Zenteno (C). Later, after insisting a little more (it is my fifth visit to the facilities), other people in the office kindly contributed to have an advance regarding my situation. I do not hope to achieve a real or important change with my comment, but I do hope to notify the situation that exists in certain institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la oficina es pronta y amable, te dan la orientación necesaria para realizar tu trámite, no cuenta con área de cobro por lo que debes venir dispuesto a regresar a la ciudad o hacer el pago por transferencia, cuenta con área de consulta física y digital, no todo el tiempo es concurrido.
