El único problema es que está muy descuidado por los colonos y la delegación. El espacio está sumamente sucio, lo cual lo vuelve inhabilitado para eventos. Sí el artista quiere usarlo tendrá que llevar una o varias escobas, agua y jabón o cloro para que el escenario quede adecuado para ser usado, sin embargo, hay que hacer lo mismo con las gradas. El lugar es usado por los indigentes como refugio y dejan deshechos orgánicos e inorgánicos. Incluso algunos visitantes que llegan al lugar dejan sus cáscaras de plátano y naranja o cualquier alimento, colaborando con la suciedad del lugar, ese es un espacio cultural no un bote de basura de los visitantes.

Even some visitors who come to the place leave their banana and orange peels or any food, collaborating with the dirt of the place, that is a cultural space not a visitors' garbage can.
