★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos, falta de responsabilidad, cobran por adelantado, y entregaron mal la mercancía (con error de impresión), y les compré aquí por que supuestamente me iban a dar factura y tengo desde Noviembre solicitándola y el cambio de mercancía con errores solo se han pasado entre ellos la culpa sin darme solución, no mo toman llamada solo si marco de otro número, no los recomiendo busquen otro lugar.
Terrible, lack of responsibility, they charge in advance, and they badly delivered the merchandise (with printing error), and I bought them here because they were supposed to give me an invoice and I have been requesting it since November and the change of merchandise with errors has only been passed among them the blame without giving me a solution, they do not take a call only if I dial another number, I do not recommend looking for another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, me entregaron un trabajo que no pedí ya que ellos se equivocaron en la forma que lo hicieron y me culparon, a pesar de que dos días atrás me habían dicho que lo arreglarían o me repondrían el objeto que habían estampado mal. Me contestaron de mala manera desde el principio y una de sus empleadas en especial tiene muy poca disposición de atender y te responde de mala manera
Terrible customer service, they gave me a job that I did not ask for since they made a mistake in the way they did it and blamed me, despite the fact that two days ago they had told me that they would fix it or replace the object that they had stamped wrong. They answered me in a bad way from the beginning and one of their employees in particular has very little willingness to assist and responds in a bad way
