R	Reyna Grisey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente muy frecuente de hecho regreso en diciembre Excelente limpieza, buena seguridad falta utensilios básicos de cocina (No encontré sartén) está vez llevaba una dieta muy estricta me hizo falta una licuadora q podrían tener en recepción y prestar con una identificación. X lo demás todo muy bien personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza I am a very frequent client in fact I return in December Excellent cleaning, good security lack basic kitchen utensils (I did not find pan) this time I was on a very strict diet I needed a blender that could have in reception and provide identification. X everything else very good personal both reception and cleaning

p	pete sward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice but basic place. tv, air conditioning, 3 common use nice kitchen units for cooking, had a picnic table to eat at outside, also had bike rental. la pina across the street had good food and CHEAP. will use both places again on next visit to bacalar. just up the hill from the water. great find

Also there are 3 kitchen with equipment. Location is nice, one blog from lake, 10 min. Walking to terminal and center. Negative No breakfast
o	ofir saportas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a room from booking and they didn't save us the reservation, bad service. Every day has a new problem. One day the air conditioner doesn't work, one day the toilet doesn't work. No one from the hotel care. Bad experience.
P	Philip Barrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms and facilities, lacked a bit of character and was very quiet. I noticed a lot of families while here so take that into consideration if backpacking. No real area to socialise. Good if you need a good nights sleep. Staff nice.
