★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen comunicación entre los empleados.
Dejamos un anillo con una semana de anticipación para que lo mandaran a Guadalajara a arreglarlo y hoy que marcamos para recogerlo nos dicen: no se puede hacer nada, tiene que enviarse a Guadalajara
Y cuando le expliqué que eso nos dijeron cuando lo trajimos, se enojan y dicen que son humanos… eso lo entiendo pero hagan su trabajo y ya, no se quieran hechar la culpa unos a otros y no hacerse responsables por lo que no hicieron.
 Terrible service, they have no communication between employees.
We left a ring a week in advance so that they would send it to Guadalajara to fix it and today that we dial to pick it up they tell us: nothing can be done, it has to be sent to Guadalajara
