Considering the number of types of tacos and ceviches, you will need to eat 1296 to try all the permutations. And you might actually try to taste them all.

Mix and match a base ingredient,like pork rinds, with cooked or raw seafood (agua chile or ceviche style). Many combinations to explore. A nice selection of ice pops are offered as dessert, perfect for a hot day in town! Very relaxed atmosphere, go for lunch.
