★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local 8, iFix, lleve mi laptop a revisar explicandoles el problema, mencionando que no era un problema de software y era mas de hardware, les explique que necesitaba por que yo no tenia las herramientas para poder abrir mi laptop. Ellos quedaron que si iban a checarla pero cuando me entregaron la laptop veo que ni intentaron abrirla (me di cuenta por que tenia un par de tornillos barridos y eso debieron romperlos para poder abrir la laptop) ademas de que me encuentro con que estaban buscando desde firefox los drivers de la compu cuando especificamente les comente que era hardware el problema, sin duda nunca volvere a llevar nada con ellos y lo que mas me molesta es que seguro han estafado a mas gente.
Local 8, iFix, I took my laptop to review explaining the problem, mentioning that it was not a software problem and it was more hardware, I explained that I needed because I did not have the tools to open my laptop. They agreed that if they were going to check it but when they gave me the laptop I see that they did not even try to open it (I realized because it had a couple of screws swept and that must have broken them to be able to open the laptop) besides that I find that they were looking from firefox the computer drivers when I specifically tell them that the problem was hardware, without a doubt I will never take anything with them again and what bothers me the most is that they have surely scammed more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. Hoy fui porque mi pantalla se rompió y buscaba un cambio de la misma. El local 45 me atendió y el técnico del local 42 KBK SHOP me cambio la pantalla de mi iPhone . Tomé el celular y a simple vista se miraba bien, desgraciadamente cuando me dirigía a casa abrí la cámara frontal y se veía BORROSA, estoy muy decepcionado por la calidad del servicio!! Tengan cuidado a donde llevan sus celulares y traten siempre de ir a distribuidores autorizados para que no les pongan piezas de mala calidad. ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!????????
BAD EXPERIENCE. Today I went because my screen broke and I was looking for a change to it. Local 45 attended me and the technician from local 42 KBK SHOP changed the screen of my iPhone. I took the cell phone and at first glance it looked good, unfortunately when I was going home I opened the front camera and it looked BLURRY, I am very disappointed by the quality of the service !! Be careful where you take your cell phones and always try to go to authorized dealers so that they do not put poor quality parts on them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! ????????
