★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con tu inversion. Te piden 10mil pesos para apartar tu terreno en lo que te decides formalmente a firmar y prometen regresarlo en caso de no concretar la compra. Después de revisar los contratos y condiciones de compraventa y al revisar que en el contrato no están claras las condiciones y servicios del fraccionamiento y que ademas solicite se incluyeran y no me entregaron el contrato antes de la firma para no cancelarlo en la notaria decidí cancelar la compraventa por lo que pedi mi apartado de vuelta y tardaron un mes y medio en regresarmelo. No me contestaban el teléfono esperando a que me cansara de pedirlo. Finalmente me descontaron mil quinientos pesos que por gastos de notaria de lo cual no me dieron ni factura ni recibo.
En el fraccionamiento ya hay obras que no cumplen con el reglamento de construcción. No hay red de agua potable ni plan municipal de recoleccion de basura. La calidad de construcción de calles esta sin terminar y de mala calidad.

In the subdivision there are already works that do not comply with the construction regulations. There is no drinking water network or municipal garbage collection plan. The quality of street construction is unfinished and of poor quality.
