Y justo por ya tener comprometido el salón para otros campistas en grupo ya no había espacio en los salones... Por lo que sí en efecto me quedé afuera. Y eso que ya tenía un reservacion que me cancelaron. The attention leaves much to be desired. In addition, it is not really a hotel yet, but an event room. Muy limpio, cómodo, instalaciones ordenadas, una excelente ubicación cerca del embarcadero. Hay trasportes al centro constantemente. Los baños que se usan cuando acampas están muy limpios. Aceptamos y llegamos temprano para poner la tienda de campaña en el jardín. Salimos y llovió, pero dejaron a los demás visitantes acampar dentro de un salón grande, nunca nos dieron esa opción. No son confiables. Respondiendo el comentario de abajo: Le pregunté a un encargado por qué los demás campistas estaban en el salón y me respondió que el dueño decidió abrir el espacio en ese momento. No es cierto que a todos se les dio la opción de acampar en espacio cerrado. En vez de responder con sarcasmo a las criticas, deberían tener una administración más transparente y, si no son un hotel, no deberían anunciarse como tal. It was a bad experience. Little formality in reservation, after they told us that the room was damaged by rain but they offered us space to camp. We accept and arrive early to pitch the tent in the garden. We went out and it rained, but they let the other visitors camp inside a big room, they never gave us that option. They are not reliable. Responding to the comment below: I asked a manager why the other campers were in the room and he replied that the owner decided to open the space at that time. It is not true that everyone was given the option to camp indoors. Instead of responding sarcastically to criticism, they should have a more transparent administration and, if they are not a hotel, they should not advertise as such.
