★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ven bastante bien en comparación con otras casa y/o fraccionamientos pero alguien que ya viva ahí puede decirnos si todos los servicios están funcionales (agua, internet, etc) y saber también si la seguridad por la noche es conveniente. Gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas tienen problemas de mala instalación eléctrica, calidad del agua en el residencial se distribuye con pipas, no hay áreas verdes como las que se muestran en la publicidad es una mentira, la entrada al fraccionamiento nada que ver con la que aparece en publicidad, las cámaras de vigilancia fueron . Pagadas por los residentes sin embargo por contratos no claros no funcionan con la calidad requerida y aún siguen en compostura, la seguridad es externa y pagada por residentes nada que aporte la constructora.. No hay vigilancia eficiente 24/7 ya que hacen falta mayor número de elementos, problemas serios de transformadores de luz por falta de capacidad se truena mínimo 1 vez al mes
