Después de una reparación fallida, volvieron a venir y me han dejado el portón peor que como estaba. Me dijeron que enviarían a un especialista para repararlo, y ahora solo me enviaron un mensaje de texto diciendo que "no hacen ese tipo de trabajos", cuando ellos mismos me habían dicho que volverían para repararlo! Me han dejado todo descompuesto y no se hacen responsables de sus acuerdos. I'd give them zero stars if you gave me the option. I just had the worst experience. After a failed repair, they came back and left the gate worse than it was. They told me that they would send a specialist to repair it, and now they only sent me a text message saying that "they don't do that kind of work", when they themselves had told me that they would come back to repair it! They have left me all out of order and are not responsible for their agreements.
