★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the terminal but it could have more options for handicap people. The distance between the ship and a taxi could have some people tired or unable to walk such a distance. The prices for land travel are already pre set. There's loads of shops and a Margaritaville within the port. Including a duty-free shop when entering the terminal. Excellent photo opportunities all around. A lively port and very safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very easy to get off and on at this cruise port. depending on which line you are on you may have a longer walk on the big pier. There is shopping when you get to the mainland. To get to the heart of downtown you should take a cab. We found the vendors of Cozumel a little pushy into trying to get you in to their shop.We deal find some deals here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day 3 of our stop. A really fun place to visit, if you ever get the chance. And yes, this is really how the water looks, sorry Galveston you are my home, but I found a new one. Good shops to wander around, scooters to rent and just go out and explore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good cruise port. This was a very easy process to get off and on the boat. Customs was super easy and very fast.
The port has a good selection of tourist shops and restaurants but the prices would be much better in the city. I do like having the option for last minute purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Port of call... The shops inside the the terminal are very good with decent prices and selection. The ones outside are OK. A lot of friendly soliciting (expected) . Safe and clean. Plenty of places to eat and drink...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually loved this port. Plenty of stores, of course. Nice restaurants. Cheap little souvenirs. Unlike some ports that are trying to shove their merchandise in your face, they didn't at this port. Very friendly. We took several pics with some of the gentlemen. I don't know what he had me holding, BUT IT WAS PRETTY COOL. And they were HILARIOUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad as far a cruise ship ports go with a good mix of stores and plenty of bars and restaurants. A little bit of a tourist trap but not too pushy so your not constantly harassed. I still recommend taking the short taxi ride into the town centre of Cozumel but the port is a great added addition to the day we spent here snd I appreciated that tenders were not necessary from the ship .
