Buena vialidad interinos desde el enteritos cómodo acceso desde el libramiento que desemboca a la carrera a San Luis Potosí por Santa Rosa Jauregui cuenta con área comercial con diversos negocios tales como panadería , carnicería superQ , farmacia abarrotes y otros .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de adquirir una casa hace 2 meses y ya está llena de cuarteaduras, los vecinos comentan que han tenido fugas en plomería y lo creo porque yo no vivo y noto el deterioro en paredes y la humedad; los recibos de agua me parecen muy caros (no es CEA); la alberquita es muy pequeña para la cantidad de residentes y el cobro de mantenimiento si hace uno cuentas de las casas que hay pareciera ser mucho (porque solo es para la alberca, dentro no hay muchas áreas verdes). Los modelos de casas son muy bonitos con buena distribución pero sí que usan malos materiales y te dicen que no aplica repararte tus grietas porque NO están lo suficientemente grandes y profundas. Lo cual no me parece sensato en una casa de un precio de 2 200 000
I just bought a house 2 months ago and it is already full of cracks, the neighbors comment that they have had leaks in the plumbing and I think so because I do not live and I notice the deterioration in the walls and the humidity; the water bills seem very expensive to me (it is not CEA); the little pool is very small for the number of residents and the maintenance charge if you do accounts for the houses that there seem to be a lot (because it is only for the pool, inside there are not many green areas). The model houses are very nice with good distribution but they do use bad materials and they tell you that it is not applicable to repair your cracks because they are NOT big enough and deep enough. Which doesn't make sense to me in a house priced at $2,200,000.
