Penthouse units each come with very nice rooftop area with palapas lounge chairs, electric and sink area,and hot tub. Interiors are generally minimalistic yet comfortable. All rooms have balcony's. Full kitchen in each unit nicely equipted. All units have washer and dryer. Very quiet and In a very secure area called Aldea Zama which is halfway between the beach and the main City area. 2km to either. Taxis are readily available and most units have bicicyles available. Not good for walking to attractions as it is 2km from most restaurants clubs etc. A little on the pricey side. Low monthly rental is around $1500us to $3000us. Nightly rental is around $100-$500. Airbnb is good for booking.
