We are clients, both of my family in Guadalupe Hidalgo and their servant in Minerales del Sur, but, I requested during ONE WEEK that I would configure a control that URGED me for the gate of Guadalupe Hidalgo, they were never even though I went twice to their business, and I was on the phone every day, and they never called me to know that they were not there, during all those days I did not leave for anything in my house to wait for them, what a pain it gives me.
