En mi caso obtuve un servicio nefasto y mediocre de parte de esta compañía
Les pedí un servicio de mantenimiento y lo cobraron en $750.00 no solo le dieron un mal mantenimiento sino que descompusieron el equipo y tuvieron la desfachatez de echarnos a nosotros la culpa por no "avisar" del estado en el que se encontraba el equipo. Y ellos no iban a responder nada. Por supuesto dijeron que podrían arreglarlo sumando $1250 a la cuenta, por supuesto nos negamos y cobraron una " revisón" en $450 después de muchas discusiones. Entonces en conclusión acabamos pagando para que descompusieran el equipo.
Cabe aclarar que ellos argumentaban que el problema eran los elementos de fijacion.
Afortunadamente conseguimos a una empresa verdaderamente profesional que realmente detectó el verdadero problema que era la tarjeta lógica y lo arreglo.

The truth is that I was carried away by the lucky ones who managed to get a good service from this company.
In my case I got a nefarious and mediocre service from this company
I asked them for a maintenance service and they charged it at $ 750.00 not only did they give it a bad maintenance but they broke down the equipment and had the audacity to blame us for not "advising" the state of the equipment. Si siguen pensado contratar a alguien más ahorren tiempo y no busquen más, no van a encontrar mejor opción. Felicidades!
