Llegaron a la cita en tiempo y el servicio que me dio el personal estuvo excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que contesta fue muy descortés, y además de que no llegaron a la cita (se les esperó tres horas) y no quisieron admitirlo, colgó la llamada jactándose que es la dueña. Me sorprende porque ya teníamos dos años recibiendo un excelente servicio, "vamos a revisar las cintas para ver si ud. dice la verdad", bueno espero que después de que las revisen se atrevan a pedir disculpas. Se molesta porque se eleva la voz, y qué hay de quienes estuvimos esperando y que además "somos mentirosos".

Arreglaron la puerta del garaje y ni siquiera pusieron aceite y por programar un control que toma un segundo programarlo, cobraron $580 y si les compras a ellos los controles son mucho más caros y en presentacion que parecen más de genéricos que de originales. Acudieron sin programar la cita y no sabían a que venían

Al momento de prestarte el servicio te dan una fecha con hora, sin poner ningún pretexto para acudir a resolver tu falla, el personal está capacitado y el mismo día tienes la cotización.
Resuelven de inmediato, los recomiendo ampliamente, te ponen refacciones originales lo que garantiza el servicio que estás pagando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El empleado que se ha presentado ha intentado venderme un mando a distancia sin marca. Al reclamarle, ha sacado el que según él era auténtico. Como era de esperar, ya no lo he aceptado. Me parece el colmo que esta empresa arriesgue así su prestigio, si es que alguno tiene.
