Cuando me hablaron tuve que rechazar la llamada, me disculpé por escrito y le expliqué por qué no podía responder, la persona sólo me puso "0k" y no volvieron a responderme los mensajes.
Pésima atención a clientes.
They are rude, I communicated by whatsapp because I was urged for a quote but at the office I cannot make calls.
When they spoke to me I had to reject the call, I apologized in writing and explained why I could not answer, the person only put me "0k" and they did not answer my messages again.
Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, no tienen la capacidad de explicar los presupuestos que ofrecen, la única persona que está ahí es muy grosera, se la pasa torciendo los ojos cuando le hacen preguntas. Y todavía dudan de la capacidad del cliente para hacerles compras grandes. No los recomiendo para nada.
