★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdad si están muy reducidas las casas y es porque realmente el precio de ellas no es muy alto, ya que son puras privadas se debe considerar que vivir ahí requiere de un trabajo en equipo entre vecinos para dar mantenimiento además también estar pagando una cuota mensual por ese concepto. Poniéndose de acuerdo obtienen buenos resultados y los espacios comunes se mantienen en buen estado
