5 stars all around. No matter if you are staying here or have a day pass, this is the place to hang out in PA. They treat you like royalty and take care of the beach and facilities. I highly recommend them.

We didn't stay here but we hung out at the beach at the resort. It was clean with friendly service. However, I do want to call out the food. We had fries with cheese and salsa. WOW. Super good. We also had some nachos that were surprisingly good. The drinks were fine but I wouldn't rave about them. Overall, I was impressed and we came back a second time.

Got a day pass here. 600 and they give you 500 in food vouchers back. Beach is nice and the chairs are ok but the food was way overpriced as well as the drinks.

Got a beach day pass - overpriced, weird entitled guests, waited over an hour for food and was ignored when checking up. People who weren’t even there when I ordered were done eating by the time I got my nachos. They were way overpriced and not good at all. You would think if they knew they messed up on the food they would try harder — but then we got kicked off the beach chairs. They tried to make us pay for them afterwards even though we immediately moved. Fast forward and I had to order my mojito twice and waited 15 minutes before someone actually made it - all while servicing other guests who ordered after me. Then I asked for a bottle of water - was forgotten AGAIN, and had to order THREE TIMES before someone handed me a water bottle I could have easily grabbed myself. Total waste of time, money, and a lost vacation day.

It’s a great hotel, but unfortunately we cannot recommend staying here overnight. Our vacation was ruined because we could not sleep due to the incredibly loud music blasting from bars/restaurants across the street (and I can’t emphasize enough just how loud it was). This happened nearly every night of the week until around midnight. While not the fault of the hotel, it really makes for a rough stay.

We live close but never came here until this past weekend. Our beach is full of sargasso and no one to clean it up so thought we would have a little get away from the rotting sargasso. (Let me be clear we were not overnight guests at the hotel) PA is doing a good job of keeping up with the sargasso. It’s still there but not as bad as neighboring beaches. The club was great, staff was friendly. We were there on a market day so maybe that made a difference from what others have said? We really really enjoyed it. We were not charged an entry fee although I am sure that was an oversight. Our bill and tip more than made up for it. We only had dedos de queso y papas but they were delicious. Strawberry daiquiris, margaritas, tequila and beers all good. Priced about the same as other close by beach clubs but with a better atmosphere and better food. We stayed in the pool at the bar for about 2 hrs and yes it was a little warm but if it were cooler we would not have stayed there. Overall, very nice day , beach, food, drinks and atmosphere. We will return and I will update.

If you search for wilderness and unpredictability, for suspence and nature, for real Mexican food and mariachi… I’m afraid this isn’t the best spot. On the contrary this place will be perfect to indulge yourself in very comfortable beds, well maintained pools, lukewarm pool with bartender or a typical white sand beach. Staff is amazing and you will meet many Americans. The nearby centre boosts a big pools with dolphins, which made me a bit sad because I feel like they are trapped. Make sure you tip, those people deserve it. Most of the rooms have a jacuzzi on the balcony, with some curtains so you can relax at the sunset, and perhaps blow off some steam (or the other way round) in a very nice frame. A few factorS might shape up your stay, and it really depends on your personality. There are families, influencers, young couples so just make sure you pick the most comforting side for you, or you’ll find yourself bothered by something. Great experience overall, although the included breakfast didn’t charm me.

Room was spacious. Comfortable king bed. Excellent location with great restaurants around. Hosts were polite and helpful. Food is excellent. Great sushi. Would give 5 stars but we could not use any of the nautical equipments (paddle boards, kayaks) because it was closed during the weekend. Otherwise all was really great.
