★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding dive shop, small dive groups (6 or less) and a short 5 minute boat ride to the reef. Carlos (dive master) gave a thorough briefing on the dive and reviewed hand signals. He's very knowledgeable about the reef and pointed out a variety of sea life that you would normally miss. Elisa (photographer) did an amazing job with photos making sure you were part of the sea life photos. I highly recommend this dive shop when looking for a dive shop while in Puerto Aventuras Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent last weekend in the water with Dive Adventuras. The boat crew was great, but Nils, Mandy and Veronica were absolutely exceptional. Make sure you ask to have their staff photographer join you, nice photos at reasonable prices. The reef is a very short, 5 minute boat ride from the shop. We did 6 dives in 3 days, from 35 to 105 feet deep. Visibility was very good and there was a healthy fish and sea turtle population at all the sites. If you plan to be in the area, check out Dive Adventuras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is top notch. I got some blisters with the fins I brought earlier in the week and had a trip out to Isla mujeres planned. I was looking to rent some dive boots but no one seemed to have them. They went out of their way to help me find some fins that wouldn’t rub the sores and rented them to me for a great price. Straightforward, honest, caring customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent diving experience for our family and the family we traveled with! We dove in Cozumel four months ago but the very short boat ride needed to get to great diving near Puerto Aventuras is tops. Ken Brasted, the owner, was helpful and accommodating to our varying diving experience levels. His team of dive masters was great too. We saw sea turtles and many other lovely sea life on our dives. We will be back in Puerto Aventuras in a few months and will dive with Puerto Aventuras Water Sports again. We also rented stand up paddleboards from them and the team was "concierge" getting our boards to the beach and giving instruction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I greatly enjoyed getting our padi open water certifications with Dive Aventuras. The staff were very friendly and the equipment was in good working order. I can't say enough good things about Carlos, he was so friendly and informative but kept a calming demeanor that made the learning experience extremely comfortable. We had a great time diving and can't wait to come back.
