★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena infraestructura. Bastantes compañías en la zona. Unidades de la policía estatal se encargan de la seguridad y vialidad de la zona. Transporte público solo para leon o Silao a pesar de que hay una central de autobuses en el puerto. Demasiados trailers por lo que hay que manejar con especial precaución.

Hay además bastantes edificios para el reclutamiento, salas de conferencia, entrenamiento y otras labores administrativas. La zona es bastante accesible ya que se encuentra cerca de las ciudades principales del estado.
