Delphine and her team were FANTASTIC! We so enjoyed our time diving with them. I chose OmDelfin because I prefer the way smaller dive operations work - I’ve always found them to be more personal and hands-on. This was the best dive shop experience I’ve had! We did a dive refresher with Elodie and I went for 4 cenote dives (including Zapote and Maravilla - amazing!!) with Delphine. Delphine and her team work so hard to make everyone happy and to coordinate everyone’s desires, dive experience, schedules, and to account for Mother Nature. I always felt like safety in the water was a priority - dive briefings were thorough, there were ALWAYS in water and out of water equipment checks, and we always took entry, exit, and descent slowly. 10/10 experience - would love to dive with OmDelfin again!

Had a great time diving with Om Delfin team! My wife and I did 2 days of diving with them - one being a boat trip off of Puerto Morelos, the other being a trip down to the cenotes near Tulum. The whole team was extremely safety conscious, and accommodating of all skill levels. Our group had a mix of very advanced and Open Water / beginners, and the guides did a great job operating within those constraints while still finding new things for the more advanced divers.

Our group of 6 people (3 adults & 3 kids age 16/13/12) had zero experience with scuba. We spent the morning with the instructors on basic theory and pool exercises. The instructors were fantastic with the kids and adults, everyone was feeling SUPER confident when we boarded the boat and headed for the reef! The dive was controlled, safe, and probably my families favorite experience in Mexico. I cannot recommend this place enough! Staff is wonderful, training is fantastic, and you will have no better experience for the money.

I did the Cenote tour with Elodie. She was a great tour guide and we could see her passion for the Cenotés and protecting the environment. She was super helpful and I loved every moment of it. Thank you.

Amazing team! Made our trip unforgettable! We booked with OMDelfin pretty last minute and they were nothing but accommodating. It’s clear they are in this business for their passion of diving and not the money. They pour their heart and soul into making sure we have the best diving experience possible - and they succeeded! We did 3 reef dives where we saw a wide array of species including lobsters, king crabs, huge schools of grunts, angel fish, lion fish and even a nurse shark. We did 4 breathtaking Cenote dives (TajMaha, Eden Garden, Maravilla and Zapote) that were absolutely magical and an unforgettable experience and got nitrox certified on the last 2. We also did a wreck dive with penetration - very very cool and got to see eagle rays swimming above us. Elodie, Maricio (aka Ricio ?), Mr. Steve and Delfin took great care of us under the water! And can’t forget Thomas out of the water! They treated us like family and Delfin‘s energy is so contagious it was so wonderful spending our week in Puerto Morelos with them. Cannot recommend them enough!

We were with a group of three: one certified Open Water diver that just wanted to dive and two who wanted to get their OW certification. Delphine already answered a lot of questions beforehand through WhatsApp. She made sure we could do all the diving together except of the excercises in the pool ofcourse. This was great because we could spend all our time under water together! There is a lot of energy in this place which we loved, there is always something going on and people have a lot of fun together. But once on and in the water, Delphine is very calm and clear and makes you feel safe. We loved diving the reef and the cenotes! Because the harbor would close, Delphine and her team did everything they could to make sure the two of us could finish their Open Water course. They worked very hard to make it all work which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend diving with OM Delphine!

We just came back after a 90 minutes snorkeling tour, of which 30 minutes were in the boat. They said it would be at least two hours, and the "guide" was a guy who didn't tell us anything about the reef even though we speak Spanish. The only things he said were things like: are you ok? follow me! stay with group! snorkel again? stay close! The fins were of low quality, and my mask was broken. We love every coral reef around the world, so this one as well. But it wasn't special. In Cozumel or Mahahual it's way more beautiful and colourful, this one was just brownish. Would not really recommend.

Delphine and team are fantastic to work with. They are a small and dedicated team, with a focus on safety and professionalism. There is no rushing, the dive boat groups are small, and they are open to dive site location suggestions and schedules. Water is provided for on the boats and bring your own snacks for the interval. There’s a lovely coffee shop across the street and a tasty restaurant just next door to unwind at after your dive!
