M	Mayte Pasos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hotel, se ubica justo enfrente de la laguna por las mañanas se pueden ver de lejos los delfines, está cerca de todas las atracciones y restaurantes. Cuenta con dos piscinas y área de entretenimiento. El lugar luce un poco descuidado, la alberca grande nos pusieron horario (quesque todavía no quedaba bien limpia o algo asi) el pasto crecido (estamos en temporada alta !! ) en la noche pedí toalla extra (9 pm ) y que no le dejan nada las camareras al vigilante (pufff), al día siguiente volví a pedir y que no tenian porque las llevaron a lavar (me vuelvo a preguntar ¿en temporada alta limitado el servico ? ). Los ayuda la ubicación pero de seguir así se van a ir a la quiebra. ¿Como se apoya al comercio local de esa manera ? Para la próxima creo me quedo en un buen hotel en Cd. del Carmen y solo vengo aquí a pasar el día. The place looks a bit unkempt, the big pool they gave us a schedule (quesque was not clean yet or something like that) the grass grew (we are in high season !!) at night I asked for an extra towel (9 pm) and they do not let him nothing the waitresses to the security (pufff), the next day I asked again and they did not have because they took them to wash (I ask again, in high season the service is limited?). The location helps them but if they continue like this they are going to go bankrupt. How do you support local business in this way? Next time I think I'll stay in a good hotel in Ciudad del Carmen and I only come here to spend the day.
J	Julio Cesar Loera Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es bonito y cómodo pero desafortunadamente como está construido de madera si tienes una de las habitaciones de la planta baja y la de arriba está ocupada será muy difícil que descanses ya que hay mucho ruido que se produce cuando caminan los otros huéspedes, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y no alcanza para todos los huéspedes pero se pueden dejar los vehículos en calle ya que es muy seguro, el muelle turístico de dónde salen los tours a ver a los delfines está a unos pasos y el mismo personal del hotel te puede contactar con alguno deos guías. The hotel is nice and comfortable but unfortunately as it is built of wood if you have one of the rooms on the ground floor and the one upstairs is occupied it will be very difficult for you to rest as there is a lot of noise that occurs when other guests walk, the parking lot It is very small and not enough for all the guests but you can leave the vehicles on the street since it is very safe, the tourist pier where the tours to see the dolphins leave is a few steps away and the hotel staff can contact you with one of the guides.

Lo que no me gustó que en el tercer piso no había algún camastro o algunas sillas o descanso para aprovechar la bonita vista que tienen ahí. It is a more familiar place. What I didn't like was that on the third floor there weren't any loungers or some chairs or rest to take advantage of the beautiful view they have there.

M	Moises on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, la regadera no tiene nada (absolutamente nada) de presión por lo que es imposible darte un buen baño. Se fue la luz varias veces por la noche. No tiene estacionamiento y la alberca no la dejan usar después de las 9 de la noche. Terrible place, the shower has no (absolutely no) pressure so it is impossible to take a good bath. The power went out several times at night. It has no parking and the pool is not allowed to be used after 9 at night.

Lo único que sentí que hacía falta, es mejor iluminación en las habitaciones, y que no había espejo dentro del cuarto, solo en el baño. Es la única observación. En general disfrute mucho mi estancia en el hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. I loved!! A nice place, very clean, the pools, facilities and green areas all very well. The only thing I felt was missing is better lighting in the rooms, and that there was no mirror inside the room, only in the bathroom. It is the only observation. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it.
