La peor Recepciónista. Grecera la señora . Me teninan que haber mandado mis Rayos X a mi correo electrónico que se los di 2 veses. Y hasta el dia de hoy nunca an llegado!!! La limpieza fue muy rapida y no sentí o noté ninguna diferencia. No recomendable! Perdida de DINERO y TIEMPO!!!!!

The best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Very professional and they do excellent work. They even pick you up at your hotel. That would never happen at home in the I highly recommend them.

I too would give them zero Stars. It starts with my having to make three trips to have my implants done due to the fact on my second trip they spent 10 days making my teeth that were not my permanent implants and then told me they didn't have enough time to do so, which, is obviously something they should have told me prior to my making the trip!! Which of course I booked 6 weeks in advance. I was also lied to by their garbage receptionist to say that this was normal procedure to see if I liked these teeth. Blatant lie! Worse than that, the teeth they put in started breaking after 2 weeks! by the time I got back to them I had no upper teeth all of them had broken!! I had to hide my mouth for 4 months because of this. For my third trip which I insisted they pay for they put me up in a sleazy, dirty, mold infested motel because it was next to them. To add insult to injury not one person involved in this practice, not one of them apologize to me for anything I went through. Not one. Zero class in rectifying their mistakes and here I am now, two implant infections later, one implant completely failed and had to be taken out. My dentist tells me that one of the implants was put too close to my sinuses so that's what's causing the infections to affect my sinuses which is odd, because they gave me a sinus lift, well at least I paid for one. My dentist here is recommending that I remove all my implants and go with dentures because he says they're all going to fail!! This is sickening after paying more than $15,000 to get these implants. sickening.

They removed my old mercury fillings for new ones from porcelain. very good work. very professional I highly recommend them. ⛄️

Jose is a crook. I had to have an implant taken out. Ask me if you would like more information. I gave them 1 star only because I had to.

3 years ago I had an implant done and 1 month later I had to have it extracted due to swelling and pain Photos were sent but I had no reply---My total cost for and removal exceeded $2000.00 very disappointed gary wirth--north vancouver canada We were happy to hear from their office and have booked an appointment which we will take pictures with us as they say they guarantee their work and said they will be happy to look at. They apparently did not receive our earlier pictures----will advise----thanks Jan.21/16 update----The work done in November was excellent and I highly recommend this office--WORK WAS GUARANTEED--good job

The clinic provided a driver Jose, who even took us to the pharmacy and was a great help getting around the first 2 days. Dr Carlos is professional and his office equipment is comparable to anything I've seen in Las Vegas. I have Delta Dental insurance in Las Vegas. It is still a better deal in Puerto Vallarta for the same quality of work. I saved 60%. I am coming back in four months for the second implant phase. I had two fillings, three extractions ( one was wisdom tooth) and two bone grafts. 900$ USA. The ocean here is warm even in February. I look forward to coming back. Overall it was a great experience.
