Such a great way to explore the town and surrounding trails. Our guide Miguel took us for a tour around downtown and then through the hills Cuale River to a great lunch spot on the river. The fat tires and electric motors make for a great easy(or hard if you choose) ride. A must try for sure.

Absolutely amazing, fun and safe! They provide you with an appropriate helmet and yellow safety vest. My husband and I are pretty adventurous and biked 30 miles to Punta De Mita and 30 miles back to Puerto Vallarta. Total 60 miles and didn’t break a sweat because the electric bikes really help during those up hill moments. There are bike paths throughout the town and roads. We were told we were the first to adventure out that far and proud of it. Jorge and the other gentlemen (whos name I don’t remember) were very courteous and really prepped us for our travels. They would call and check to make sure we were doing well during our ride. Basically if you want to adventure around the town or go for a long ride; they can make it happen. Basically, don’t miss out on a good time! I would post a photo but husband is camera shy.

We did the taco tour. Seven was an amazing tour guide as he not only took us to 3 different taco stands, but to other spots around town as well. The motor on my bike was not working as it should and he switched bikes with me to make sure I enjoyed my experience. Some of the hills were very steep and he could easily have been upset by not having a motor to help him up but instead remained cheerful and fun to talk to the entire tour. This is a great way to see the town and try some delicious food.

It was incredible I had a bike tour with Alan. He is an excellent guide in the tour was incredible. There was a variety of terrains he was very good with looking after me and leading me on the roads and up the mountains to Abuelo's Ranch. We ended the tour with a trek up a tower where you could see the entire entire city it was amazing. I would highly recommend to make this a part of your tour of the electric bikes pedal-assist make it accessible to anyone.

We were just driving by when we were doing a tour. It's called canopy tours and you basically get to choose what activities you want to do. We had an absolute blast! The ride is tough cuz the road is bumpy and the ride is cold. But otherwise it was awesome!

We went on the mountain tour with guide Rodrigo. Fantastic experience, we had so much fun! Beautiful views, challenging ride, amazing restaurant. Rodrigo was informative, friendly, helpful and very focused on our safely and enjoyment. Highly recommend!

We decided to do this your based on our concierges recommendation. It was our absolute favorite part of our trip! Hugo, our tour guide, showed us around the city in a very fun way. Our group of 5 all loved it. We got great photos, great authentic food and INCREDIBLE tequila to top it all off. Would definitely do it again and encourage anyone looking for a fun tour to do this one.

Really enjoyed trying out their ebikes. We rented 2 for 3 hrs and with good directions headed up the road along the Rio Cuale. We did a 10 mile loop and got lunch along the way. We throughly enjoyed our time. The equipment was in pretty rough condition. My front hub bike was throttle only and was pretty much full power when engaged. The front shocks were sticky and occasionally recovered abruptly. My wife's bike was a pedal assisted hot rod. We have ebikes at home so we have an idea of how the cold run. We adapted and had a great time. The staff were eager to help and with my poor Spanish and Google translate we got it done. They were accommodating to us as walk-ins. I think you might get better tuned equipment if you give them time with a reservation. I would certainly rent from them again!
