PUES SI - 77930 Bacalar

Was not all that impressed with this place. The meal my girlfriend ordered they said they did not have, so we both had pizza. For the cost of the pizza I feel it could have been much better. Was carelessly thrown together. What very few topping were on it they were all thrown on one side of the pizza. Not many topping at all. Ended up picking the bacon and the chicken off as it was not very tasty. So basically my pizza was compromised if a small amount of cheese, a little sauce and 4-6 slices of jalapeño. 4/10 in my opinion. Skip this spot as there are many other choices

We were curious to try pizzas in Bacalar and we were surprised with very good pizzas. The prices are alright, service is a bit slow but in general it's fine

Really good authentic brick oven pizza, good selection, prices are good as well, definitely a place to go in Bacalar. Also the service was outstanding!!

Wonderful and surprising experience eating here! Arancini with mushrooms and cheese sauce were incredible! And a classic margarita pizza was well done too. Nice side sauces too with beetroot, carrot and habenero (a Mexican pizzeria haha!) Very good value for money.

Worst place I ever went for pizza, the customer service was really disappointing and bad. And the pizza itself was terrible. I ordered a 5 cheese pizza because I never saw that anywhere else before. And what I got was a pizza which rarely tastet like more then one cheese. Maybe two the last. So I could have ordered the 3 cheese maybe would have turned out better. And it's cheaper. When I complained - they of course like most of the Mexicans waiters/and owners seems to think they are in their rights. And told me this is a 5 cheese they can't do anything when I am not happy other people are happy with their pizza Etc etc. Didn't wanted to give a refund for the cheaper pizza. Weren't polite or possible to negotiate. Because they are right whatever they tell you and you are wrong. So yes would never go back there again. Not recommended. The place is right at the street so not really nice to eat either. If you want to check out a good place to eat pizza go to Bertilla recommend them 100% and they are Italian and make amazing pizzas. I wanted to go to them in the first place but they were actually closed even though online it says they are open. So wasn't a good decision to try Pues Si instead.

The place was great!!!! The food was amazing and the service was good and fast. I had a margarita pizza and it was very good, with some Mara cuya water.

As far as we understood, there was a reopening of the restaurant so I am glad to report our experience we had in May 2022. The interior is very nice and luxury. The front is open so you have a nice view of the park in front. We had a Caprese salad with the best mozarella so far. The Pizza was delicious and I had Popete, an italian dish I did not know and it was delicious. We got a Malbec recommened which was great with our food. Overall a very good dining experience. Would recommend it anytime.

This pizzeria is an amazing alternative of the fancy Italian restaurant around the corner. It’s just the same quality- fantastic food - BUT better value and better service. No wait either. The waiter guy was super friendly too, I appreciated this. The pizza I had was super tasty - thin crust and came in no time. Owners are from Italy.
