★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cabins are clean and well maintained, and a beautiful view from here. The fireplace is a bonus on cold nights. Breakfast is good and now they also have internet connetion here! Have staid here many times over the last 8 years and it has never been any issues and we keep coming back. This place is highly recommended to stay at.

Can walk to nearby San Juan del Pacifico. Generous and healthy continental breakfast. Peaceful and quiet. Portal to sit and enjoy. FIREPLACE and wood supply. Great restaurant on property. EXCELLENT CHOICE !!! Thank you Puesta del Sol for such a sweet getaway ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place was amazing!! easy to book and cheap, we got a room with a great view, food was really good too, people is very nice here and the room comes with continental breakfast, also you must bring cash because they don’t accept cards ( debit - credit ), and definitely NO DLLS so get some pesos before going any other place in Oaxaca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cabins and garden. Nice views, rooms are cute. Could follow conversations of the neighbouring guests through the walls though, terrible accoustic padding. Bring earplugs. Also the beds and pillows are tough, the sheets thin, so bring a sleeping bag and camping pillow if you're not acustomed to cold. Also the smoke of a neughbouring cabin's chimney may come inside and choke you at night so maybe bring a tent and sleep away of the smoke.

This is a lovely, relaxing and quiet facility. If not a little pricey. If I found myself between Oaxaca and the Pacific coast, I'd stay here again.
I made an error on my dates. I decided to stay only one night instead of two. I paid cash for two. I asked if I could get a refund. Recpcion said, that in the fine print, there is no refund. Her only solution was to stay the extra night. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good things about this place: the cabins are nicely located, they have warm water and the view is amazing. That’s why I gave two stars.
Bad things: the staff was quite unhelpful, did not speak any English and didn‘t even try to communicate. The room we have been in was cold, because we did not have a fireplace.
There is a restaurant right next to the hotel area / cabins, which I think is part of the hotel? Even though it was Saturday night, they had a huge party and played extremely loud music until 3 AM. There was no chance to relax or even sleep. So one of our two nights were quite horrible.
