★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si múy buena ubicación ésta en periférico!, péro lastima que con tánto equipo rodante tanta infraestructura en terminales y su renombre!; De ésta terminal LIMITEN SUS SALIDAS A CUERNAVACA, A ÚNA SOLA TERMINAL! la de CASINO DE LA SELVA; Y además, úno acude confiado a comprar boleto, llegué UNA HORA ANTES DEL CIERRE! AQUI DICE QUE CIERRAN A LAS 21hrs. Y nó! Yá no atendieron los empleados, la puerta cerrada porque dicen que cierran a las 19hrs!! Qué falta de ética, de formalidad! Se supondría por el emplazamiento de ésta terminal que háy calidad en su servicio. No se nota! (Adjunto foto)

From this terminal, LIMIT YOUR DEPARTURES TO CUERNAVACA, TO ONE ONLY TERMINAL! the CASINO DE LA JUNGLE; And besides, one goes confident to buy a ticket, I arrived ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING! IT SAYS HERE THAT THEY CLOSE AT 9:00 PM. And not! The employees no longer answered, the door closed because they say they close at 7:00 p.m.!! What a lack of ethics, of formality! It would be assumed by the location of this terminal that there is quality in its service. It is not noticeable! (I attach a photo)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de mensajería es pésimo, me perdieron un sobre y lo recuperaron después, perdí mucho tiempo y cuando fui a recogerlo todavía querían cobrarme resguardo, la srita Pamela Espinosa me dio un pésimo trato, se negó a comunicarme con un supervisor. Una actitud fuera de lugar para una persona que da servicio al cliente. No tienen capacitación ni actitud de servicio, se ve que a la empresa no le interesa el cliente.
The courier service is terrible, they lost an envelope and they recovered it later, I wasted a lot of time and when I went to pick it up they still wanted to charge me a receipt, Miss Pamela Espinosa treated me badly, she refused to communicate with a supervisor. An attitude out of place for a person who provides customer service. They do not have training or service attitude, it is seen that the company is not interested in the client.
