★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es amplio, confuso para quien no conoce ya que falta señalizacion referente al servicio de terminal, cuenta con algunas bancas, el módulo de atención es pequeño, no cuenta con servicio de sanitarios para los usuarios , los servicios de traslado a la cdmx con buenos horarios, los operadores responsables realizas un traslado cómodo y seguro.

Solo sillas de metal y servicios sanitarios de cuarta. Ya en el camión casi siempre con aire acondicionado sin importar la temperatura del lugar. Cosa aparte son las películas que te ofrecen, o caricaturas o cintas infantiles en la corrida de la mañana y si regresas al filo de la tarde te repiten la dosis; atención mediocre para los usuarios, el conductor va en su mundo con su música y los pasajeros en el suyo. El tiempo de traslado es normal. Desgraciadamente no hay otra línea camionera que te ofrezca el servicio Chiconcuac-Mexico-Chiconcuac. Atención generalizada de esta camionera más bien mediocre.
