★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto mucho esta terminal, el diseño es muy bueno y parece muy moderno. El trato por parte de Pullman es muy bueno la chicas del mostrador son muy amables. La terminal se encuentra limpia. Los os precios están dentro del standard. Lo malo es que solo cuentan con una pequeña tienda con una cantidad mínima de opciones de comida.
I really liked this terminal, the design is very good and it looks very modern. The treatment by Pullman is very good, the girls at the counter are very friendly. The terminal is clean. The prices are within the standard. The downside is that they only have a small store with a minimum amount of food options.

El servicio es muy bueno, la gente te atiende bien, además de que todos son muy atentos. Fui de ids y venida muy rápido y muy cómodo, son muy eficientes y puntuales para los horarios que tienen establecidos, muy recomendado su servicio.
Excellent place, the facilities are very clean and comfortable, as well as new.
The service is very good, people take good care of you, and everyone is very attentive. I went to ids and came very fast and very comfortable, they are very efficient and punctual for the hours they have established, their service is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were enough ticket windows open and the prices were reasonable, waiting area is too small for the amount of travelers.
The restroom is a mess and customer service (other than taking your money and giving you a ticket) is non existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 5 star luxury bus. It is economical and some employees need to be retrained on customer service. However the price and the travel is still worth the price when traveling to/from the airport. Set your expectations low and Don't expect to be treated like a VIP. Think of this like the greyhound buses of the US.
