J	Jethro Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He utilizado más de 10 veces la estación de Pullman de Morelos en Tepoztlán, sólo por necesidad, siempre he tenido malas experiencias: el teléfono que proporcionan en Google no es el de la terminal, cuando logro comunicarme dan una información y cuando llego a la terminal me dan información diferente, lo cual me hace perder mucho tiempo y nadie se hace responsable, el personal está mal capacitado. Son groseros y nunca tienen información correcta. (tiempos de salida, descuentos de estudiantes, de personas de la tercera edad, sobre transportadoras para animales, envíos de paquetes). Pésima atención y peor servicio. Soy una persona muy paciente pero ésta terminal en particular me ha hecho perder mucho tiempo y dinero (he tenido que volver a comprar boletos por mala organización de su parte) si dependiera de mi, jamás volvería a utilizar sus servicios. I have used the Pullman de Morelos station in Tepoztlán more than 10 times, just out of necessity, I have always had bad experiences: the telephone number provided by Google is not the one of the terminal, when I manage to communicate they give information and when I arrive at the terminal they give me different information, which makes me lose a lot of time and nobody is responsible, the staff is poorly trained. They are rude and never have correct information. (departure times, student discounts, senior discounts, on animal carriers, package shipments). Terrible care and worse service. I am a very patient person but this terminal in particular has made me lose a lot of time and money (I had to buy tickets again due to poor organization on their part) if it were up to me, I would never use their services again.
