A	Arturo Macho Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lugar, gracias a el guardia de seguridad privada que estaba la noche que tome el camion ahi, muy grosero y despota! La parte buena, la señorita de la taquilla, muy amable y atenta. Terrible place, thanks to the private security guard who was there the night I took the truck there, very rude and despicable! The good part, the lady at the box office, very friendly and attentive.
G	Gaby Perez O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El transporte en cuanto a los pullman son bien tardados para salir lo cual si llevas prisa no conviene, hacen muchas paradas lo cual alarga mucho el viaje no me agradó. Transport as far as the pullmans are very slow to leave which is not convenient if you are in a hurry, they make many stops which lengthens the trip a lot, I did not like it.

The buses arrive on time and the environment is pleasant and very clean, the only thing they do not offer is the free toilets for clients, they charge you to enter.

Small station, its departure times are on the dot (most of them), there is no parking area to wait but its bench area is wide, it has bathrooms and the buses arrive in a timely manner.

La última corrida parece microbús, suben y bajan donde sea y vienen parados. Te venden un boleto de "Primera" y parece combi. NO RECOMIENDO, DE HECHO MAS BIEN LES PREVENGO PARA QUE TENGAN CUIDADO Terrible, they oversell the bullfights, do not buy tickets for this Jojutla México Sur route line that passes through Zacatepec since the unit is already full and more people get on. The last bullfight looks like a minibus, they go up and down wherever they are and they come standing up. They sell you a "Primera" ticket and it looks like a combi. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, IN FACT I RATHER WARN YOU TO BE CAREFUL
E	ELDA PATRICIA RUEDA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hay ningún autobus que vaya al casino de la selva, el que pasa a la Paloma de la Paz es cada 2 horas y al centro cada hora y como ya no hay servicio numerado a Cuernavaca ni de ida ni regreso siempre viene con pasajeros de oye hasta el tope. Lo peor es que en la noche entran los autobuses a la terminal a bajar pasajeros y no nos dejan salir por la terminal, nos hacen salir por los andenes y muchas veces estamos saliendo cuando ya se está hechando de reversa el autobús. Cada vez está peor el servicio

I had to dial the phone and I spoke with a lady (Customer Service Rep) which told me, that the company handles the same schedules as described in the website. What a surprise I had when I decided to take a bus at 19:30 on Sunday March 14th, like the website said, which also included other schedules, like 18:00, 20:30 and 21:30. However, the sales representative at the office told me otherwise, he said that the schedules from the website have not been updated at all, that the bus left and 19:00 (I reached the bus station at 19:10) and the remaining schedule was at 21:20. Honestly, they a have a huge communication and marketing problem, and I'm willing to proceed with a sue.
