Parece que los traen de muy cerca y sólo la cantidad que se va a vender, por tanto no esperen tanta variedad de curados, pero tengan por seguro que van a probar calidad. Además, el curado te lo hacen al momento, bueno, lo mezclan a tu gusto, para que sea más o menos dulce, lo cual es fantástico, porque hay quienes lo curan hasta que sabe a puro dulce. Aquí no, queda con el sabor natural del pulque y ese toque extra para quienes gustan de esta bebida. No tienen nada que ocultar, no se ha quebrado, ni fermentado más de lo deseado.
