The place is quite spacious and with a very quiet atmosphere. The pulque of this place has opened my eyes and I have noticed that what I called "pulque" was no more than imitation ... Here you find quality drinks. It has a jukebox to select the music of the environment, it has enough chairs for you to take a seat and most of the people are very kind. Although it feels a bad smell is understandable since the pulque usually has an unpleasant smell. "El curado" is the best I've had, this time I tried the Guayaba and it's a delight ... The texture in your mouth, the sweet flavor combined with the little taste of alcohol makes you feel pampered by the place. And although, they did not offer us fried foods like some other pulquerías I have gone to, they have a bucket with tortillas from which you can take it without cost and place them either salt, to make a taco of salt or sauce, that the sauce is one of its forts, it has the exact itch to not fall into the annoying and the perfect flavor to make you ask for another jar more of curing. A good place to which they have to acclimate to their smell after entering.

I tried the cured strawberry and the oat cured. The strawberry one had a very runny consistency and tasted a lot of alcohol, as if it had been added. The oatmeal was less worse because of the consistency but it still leaves an unpleasant taste. Chicken broth and sauce were good.

Good pulque, a traditional pulquería, they are not like the current ones. They give free snack. ?? Older people come, so I don't think it's very pleasant for many. The pulque has already risen, but there are more options.

Good flavor in the pulque, size and price are good. Perhaps the flavor menu could be expanded. And improve the hygiene of the place. The location is very close to the deer park. If you prefer it to take away, I recommend you bring your own bottle or glasses, since sometimes there are no lids for Styrofoam glasses.
